30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Return Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email (contact@thesprajet.com) with a clear statement of your decision to revoke this contract. Items returned to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
The postage costs are always borne by the sender. We do not accept shipments with cash on delivery.
Damaged, Incorrect Products, or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. To return your product, you should contact our support at contact@thesprajet.com.
Exchange
We only exchange damaged, incorrect, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@thesprajet.com.
Restocking Fee
